It's not the original but a reconstruction based on surviving fragments and historical evidence on what people were doing at the time. In any rate, you may listen to it (in French) here, and read the text (in English) here. As you can see and hear, it's got a good dose of Western and Eastern style in it, either because of the original or the reconstructors. In any rate, it was revived by the Russian Church, and most notably St. John of Shanghai and San Francisco, who has a parish named after him in Des Moines, IA who celebrates this very Liturgy. There are also Old Calendarist jurisdictions that worship with this Liturgy

If this was a university or academic website I'd be more likely to trust it. Good liturgy does not necessarily mean real or good history.
They need to make a latin version and show the specific manuscripts it was taken from. ideally a facsimile of a page or two from one of the manuscripts would also be good.'
While I am knowledgeable enough to recognize many of the elements as authentic (partly because theyr in the mozarabic), but not certain about other elements.
In this day and age it's hard to trust that people are not making things up...
I know it's an acceptable liturgy, but documentation would ease the minds of the average suspicious traditionalist.
